Report your fluorinated gas (F gas) activities

You can download the report as either a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file or Open Document Spreadsheet (.ods) file.

Before you start

You need your:

Important information for your submission

  • Save the downloaded file in the following format replacing the information in the brackets with your details:
    {organisation-ID}_{yyyy}_V1.{filetype}
  • The year within the brackets {YYYY} is the year to which the data apply (for example, 2019 for data reported in 2020).
  • Enter all quantities in the F gas annual report in tonnes.
